It’s the outstanding natural beauty of the countryside that draws nature lovers, walkers and cyclists staying on holiday in Powys. Red kites, Merlins and Peregrine falcons breed in the Cambrian Mountains, and at beautiful Lake Vyrnwy, one of the region’s loveliest man-made lakes, you’ll find a superb RSPB site as well as a huge range of activities, including water sports, climbing and quad biking. | Had an excellent weekend, was great to get away from and relax in the countryside. Lodge facilities are excellent, it's a home away from home, with everything you need! Hot tub was brilliant and we couldn't keep out of it! Only problem was we had to come home!!! I will definitely be returning, we had a fantastic time!!! |

| Lovely clean accommodation, with all you could need. Welcoming owner and chocolate even left on the beds for our teenage girls. Very remote location so ideal if you want to get away from it all. |

| PEACEFUL RELAXING, IDEAL FOR DOGS AS THERE IS AN ENCLOSED GARDEN AND PLENTY OF WALKING IN THE AREA. HOT TUB WAS A GREAT TOUCH. |
